Hi, I’m Kaz. I was born in Japan and came to Canada at 21. My first dream was soccer, but injuries taught me resilience, teamwork, and adaptability. I now bring these lessons to business.
After studying finance at Carleton University and consulting in data analysis and software for major corporations, I realized my passion lies in helping local businesses thrive. Inspired by my father’s story of a family business that closed due to poor planning, I am committed to helping entrepreneurs avoid the same fate.

Hello, I’m Jeremy. I help businesses improve cash flow, reduce financial risk, and grow with confidence. I analyze financial data and provide practical advice to help business owners achieve their financial goals. My focus is on giving you clarity, simplifying decisions, and unlocking opportunities for long-term success.
I studied finance at Carleton University while playing football for the Ravens, where I developed teamwork and leadership skills that guide how I work with business owners today. My career began at TD Bank, supporting entrepreneurs, and later at EDC, helping Canadian businesses expand internationally.
Now, I work directly with local business owners to make a tangible impact on their growth and operations.
Outside work, I stay active in the community and believe deeply in the vital role small businesses play in driving our economy forward.
